We have a carefully thought-out, repeatable process for vetting all candidates so that you hire the best Marketing and CRM talent for your organization. We look for long-term association with candidates as opposed to short-term relationships.

Determine_Skills

1. Determine skill requirement

First, we receive job requirements and job descriptions from employers. Upon receiving these details, we determine the skills requirement for best candidate fitment.

Phone_Screening

2. Initial phone screening

After determining the skill requirement, we either check our existing database or look for sourcing new candidate profiles. Once we have the right profiles, we conduct initial phone screening.

Video_Interview

3. Internal video interview

The phone screening step is followed by video interviews in order to assess candidate’s skills, experience, strengths, and their career goals. If everything sounds like a great fit for the role, we move to the next step.

4. Evaluate certifications

Once a candidate has moved on till this step, we check for the required certifications. We check originals. If a candidate is a good fit but lacks certifications, then we guide them to take up the required certifications within a week. At this step we include any evaluation requested by the employers.

5. Review references and recommendations

Recommendations are an important factor in our candidate evaluation process. We do a thorough check on the recommendations and references that the candidates provide before declaring them as 'vetted'.
